Safety Director

Nick was born in Lancaster, PA and raised in East Berlin, PA where he graduated from Bermudian Springs High School in 1996. After high school, he spent four years in the United States Army. His career at Keith Smith Concrete started after his honorable discharge from the Army in 2001, where he worked his way up from a laborer to supervisor position, learning the concrete finishing trade. In 2018, Nick became the company’s safety director. Today, he spends his time conducting safety inspections to ensure that all jobs are operating according to Keith Smith Concrete and OSHA standards, and is responsible for coordinating and conducting safety training for our employees.

Nick and his son reside in Hanover. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his son, running, reading, and watching football and basketball.
