Senior Project Manager / Estimator

Ryan was proudly born and raised in Hanover, PA where his family is deeply rooted. He graduated from South Western High School in 2002 and attended Shippensburg University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2006. His career with Keith started during high school where he would spend his summers working out in the field as a general laborer and learning that hard work can pay off. While he initially wanted to pursue a career in the IT field after college, Keith saw his potential and offered him a job to come back and work for him full-time, and that was the start of what is known today as the KDS estimating department. Today, Ryan works closely with Keith and Ben to maintain the flow of job estimates and has greatly helped to grow this area of our company. While estimating is his focus, he also helps to maintain and build the relationships we have with our contractors, assists with project management, and oversees technology updates throughout the office.

Ryan and his wife, Lindsay, live in Hanover with their 2 sons. In his free time, Ryan enjoys doing projects around his small farm property, fixing whatever he and his boys break, and fishing with his close friends. With whatever time is left, you will find him on an athletic field, coaching and mentoring kids fo rhte local youth sports that his boys are involved in.
